研究目的：

（1）利用建立的ELISA方法检测慢性荨麻疹发病过程中血浆MRGPRX2蛋白的表达水平； （2）评估、完善慢性荨麻疹的实验室诊断指标； （3）评判血浆中MRGPRX2表达在慢性荨麻疹患者分级诊断中的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) The established ELISA method was used to detect the expression level of plasma MRGPRX2 protein during the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria; (2) To evaluate and improve the laboratory diagnostic indicators of chronic urticaria; (3) To evaluate the value of plasma MRGPRX2 expression in the grading diagnosis of patients with chronic urticaria.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患有慢性荨麻疹的同时患有其他疾病的患者； （2）有明确急性感染指征患者； （3）已确诊为物理性荨麻疹（含人工荨麻疹）、胆碱能性荨麻疹或荨麻疹性血管炎患者； （4）无法合作或不能坚持治疗、预知依从性差的患者； （5）孕妇及哺乳期妇女； （6）患者同时正参加其他临床试验研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with chronic urticaria who also have other diseases; (2) Patients with clear indications of acute infection; (3) Patients diagnosed with physical urticaria (including artificial urticaria), cholinergic urticaria or urticaria vasculitis; (4) Patients who are unable to cooperate or adhere to treatment and predict poor compliance; (5) Pregnant and lactating women; (6) The patient is also participating in other clinical trials.
