Objectives of Study：

To study the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic major hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma by comparing the Glissonian approach with the Hilar Dissection Approach

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）既往有多次严重上腹部手术史或复发性肝癌；
（2）肝切除术中伴切除胆囊以外的其他脏器手术；
（3）合并心、肺、肾等重要脏器严重器质性病变。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Multiple histories of upper abdominal surgery or recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma;
(2) Other organs except for gall bladder are involved during surgery;
(3) Patients who accompany with severe organic diseases of heart, lung, kidney, et al.
