研究目的：

1.对老年人进行跌倒高危因素的健康宣教，提高其对科学运动锻炼的认识 2.通过表面肌电图、经颅磁刺激等手段探寻经颅直流电刺激联合运动训练预防老年人跌倒的相关神经电生理机制 3.在体卫融合的理念下，探索一种适宜且可降低老年人跌倒风险的干预手段，并推广应用于其他运动促进健康中心。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Carry out health education on the risk factors of falls for the elderly, and improve their awareness of scientific exercise 2. Explore the neuroelectrophysiological mechanism of transcranial direct current stimulation combined with exercise training to prevent falls in the elderly by means of surface electromyography and transcranial magnetic stimulation 3. Under the concept of body-health integration, explore a suitable intervention method that can reduce the risk of falls in the elderly, and promote its application to other sports promotion health centers

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①严重认知障碍和精神障碍，不能配合者；②严重心肺系统疾病不能耐受运动训练者；③存在截肢、严重关节疼痛和活动受限者、骨折未愈合等；④癫痫病史、颅骨缺损、颅内有金属植入物、人工耳蜗植入、心脏起搏器等；⑤视听觉障碍不能被矫正者

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe cognitive and mental disorders, unable to cooperate; ② Serious cardiopulmonary diseases can not tolerate exercise training; (3) There are amputations, severe joint pain and limited movement, fracture failure to heal, etc. (4) Epilepsy history, skull defect, intracranial metal implants, cochlear implants, cardiac pacemakers, etc.; ⑤ Visual and auditory impairment can not be corrected
