研究目的：

评估单独CO2点阵激光与CO2点阵激光联合TCA50%或联合TCA98%对痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of CO2 fractional laser combined with TCA50% or TCA98% for post-acne depression scarring.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

采用随机分组法将20例患者分为2组: 第一组面部一侧仅进行CO2点阵激光另一侧进行CO2点阵激光联合TCA50%治疗。第二组面部一侧仅进行CO2点阵激光、另一侧进行CO,点阵激业联合TCA98%治疗。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random grouping method: the first group received CO2 fractional laser treatment on one side of the face, while the other side received CO2 fractional laser combined with TCA50% treatment. The second group received CO2 fractional laser treatment on one side of the face, while the other side received CO2 fractional laser combined with TCA 98% treatment.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

已知对临床观察中的任何成分过敏或敏感者
不能或不愿再观察期间维持同样面部护理方案者
任何尚未控制的全身性疾病
有出血病史、在进行抗凝剂治疗的人
现有皮肤感染或皮肤病的人
瘢痕性体质或家族史
精神神经状态异常者
治疗区域合并其他类型凹陷性瘢痕患者、治疗前12周使用其他口服或外用药物或器械治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者
研究者判断不适合本研究者
根据研究者判断，近期有酒精或药学滥用史

Exclusion criteria：

Persons known to be allergic or sensitive to any ingredient in clinical observation
Unable or unwilling to maintain the same facial care regimen during the observation period
Any systemic disease that is not yet under control
People who have a history of bleeding and are on anticoagulant therapy
A person with an existing skin infection or skin disease
Cicatricial constitution or family history
The psychoneurotic state is abnormal
Patients with other types of depressed scars were treated in the treatment area, and patients with acne depressed scars were treated with other oral or topical drugs or devices for 12 weeks prior to treatment
The researcher judged that it was not suitable for this researcher
According to the investigators, there was a recent history of alcohol or pharmaceutical abuse
