研究目的：

本研究旨在通过对既往利用血管化髂骨瓣行下颌骨缺损修复手术的手术时长及手术结果的分析，确定该手术存在的学习曲线的模型，并利用累积和方法（CUSUM）对学习曲线进行分析。通过确定血管化髂骨瓣移植修复下颌骨缺损手术的学习曲线模型，有助于指导临床实践过程中在医生的学习阶段加强围术期管理及术后监测，从而提高手术成功率。同时，学习曲线模型的确立有助于开展该外科技术培训，降低培训成本。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to analyze the duration and outcomes of previous surgeries for repairing mandibular defects using vascularized iliac bone flaps, with the aim of establishing a learning curve model for this procedure. The cumulative sum (CUSUM) method will be employed to analyze the learning curve. Developing a learning curve model for vascularized iliac bone flap transplantation in mandibular defect repair surgery will provide guidance for perioperative management and postoperative monitoring during surgeons' learning phase, thereby enhancing surgical success rates. Moreover, establishing a learning curve model will facilitate training in this surgical technique and reduce training costs.
