研究目的：

明确鼠神经生长因子对GMs评估异常的高危儿运动功能、智能结构、诊断结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The effect of mouse nerve growth factor on the motor function, intelligent structure and diagnosis of high risk infants with abnormal evaluation of GMs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对照组患儿只接受早期干预，每日1次，每次30min，每周6天，由专业康复治疗师实施；治疗组患儿在接受早期干预的同时，还要注射鼠神经生长因子（武汉海特生物制药股份有限公司生产的金路捷），20ug/次，肌注，每天一次，每月10天，共6个月。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The children in the control group receive only early intervention, one time per day, 30 min each time, and six days a week, and was carried out by a professional rehabilitation therapist.The children in the treatment group receive early intervention and injection of mouse nerve growth factor (wuhan hite biological pharmaceutical co.), 20 ug/time, intramuscular injection, once a day, 10 days a month, a total of 6 months. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①不符合上述入组标准及纳入标准者；②年龄超过15周；③伴有尚未控制的癫痫发作的患儿；④患者或患者监护人拒绝接受电话随访或复诊者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with uncontrollable seizures;
2. The patient or the patient's guardian refused to accept telephone follow-up or revisits.

工作人员先将入组患儿编码，然后在随机数字表中任意选择一个数字，从此数字开始按任意方向顺序抄写与观察对象数目相同的随机数字，将查得的随机数字依次标于编码下方，遇单数分到对照组，遇双数分到治疗组

The doctor firstly code children in group, and then choose a number in a random number table, starting from this number copy 100 random numbers in sequence in any direction, and mark the checked random number below the code, divide singular into control group and even numbers into treatment group.
