排除标准：

病、残等不适宜剧烈运动的儿童、存在认知和动作发展迟缓以及身体发育障碍等问题的儿童、项目干预期间开始体育类兴趣班的儿童、出勤率很低的儿童、拒绝参加项目的儿童

项目团队设计的运动处方。① 运动频率：采取进阶的方式由少到多，前2周为3～4次/周，后8周为3～5次/周。② 运动强度：采用体态观察法，运动强度为中等强度（可说话但不能唱歌）③ 运动时间：准备活动10分钟、正式活动15～20分钟（前2周为15分钟，后8周为20分钟）、结束活动10分钟。④ 运动方式：准备活动为韵律操和慢跑。正式活动根据不同年龄班采取不同主题（小班：小兔子参加森林投球运动会“看谁投得远”、投喂小兔子、帮助兔子攻打大灰狼等，中班：“喜羊羊与灰太狼”与“勇敢的黑猫警长”；大班：“投掷纸飞机”、“飞机大作战”）培养幼儿对投掷的兴趣，分解投掷动作，示范并引导幼儿正确投掷。结束活动均为牵拉操和整理活动。⑤运动总量：每周运动总量达到75～100分钟。⑥运动进阶：训练频次由少至多，训练时间由短至长。

Intervention：

The exercise prescription designed by the project team.① Exercise Frequency: The exercise should be progressed from low to high, with 3-4 times per week in the first 2 weeks and 3-5 times per week in the following 8 weeks.② Exercise Intensity: The exercise intensity shall be moderate, as determined by the observational method of posture (able to speak but not sing).③ Exercise Duration: The duration shall be 10 minutes for warm-up, 15-20 minutes for the formal activity (15 minutes in the first 2 weeks and 20 minutes in the following 8 weeks), and 10 minutes for the cool-down activity.④ Exercise Methods: The warm-up shall include rhythmic exercises and a slow run. The formal activity shall vary by age group and involve different themes (for the small class: little rabbits participate in a forest basketball sports meet "who can throw the farthest," feeding the little rabbits, helping the rabbits fight the big grey wolf, etc.; for the middle class: "Pleasant Goat and Big Grey Wolf" and "brave black cat police chief"; for the large class: "throwing paper airplanes" and "airplane combat") to cultivate the interest of children in throwing, break down the throwing actions, demonstrate and guide children to throw correctly. The cool-down activity shall always include stretching exercises and sorting activities.⑤ Total Exercise Volume: The total exercise volume per week shall reach 75-100 minutes.⑥ Exercise Progression: The training frequency shall be increased from low to high, and the training duration shall be extended from short to long.
