- The patients who were diagnosed chronic inflammation disease, Coagulopathy, SLE, HIV, Chronic hepatitis and connective tissue disease. - The patients who used Cytotec before performing the intervention. - The patients who had the history of failure endometrial sampling by using Pipette. - The patients who had the history of radiation therapy. - The patients who recieved the pain control medication before intervention.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The risk factors associated with using the Tenaculum during endometrial sampling involve the baseline patient characteristics, age, underlying health conditions, body weight, height, parity, contraceptive methods, and pertinent pelvic examination details such as cervix position, uterus size, and the experience level of the performing physician. Additional considerations include the pain score and satisfaction reported by the patient during the endometrial biopsy, pelvic ultrasonography findings, and the pathology report for endometrial tissue. Data acquisition will happen during the patient's visit to the examination room immediately post-operation, with the exception of the pathology report, which will be reviewed one month post-operation.
