研究目的：

在前期临床工作中发现，在使用硬化剂注射治疗胃底静脉曲张时，在右心观察到雪花样血栓且术中有不明原因的血压下降，通过超声观察氰基丙烯酸酯联合聚桂醇注射治疗胃底静脉曲张过程中对血流动力学的影响。本研究旨在揭示术中注射硬化剂后血流动力学变化的特点，为此类患者围术期管理提供理论依据和临床资料。  

Objectives of Study：

In the previous clinical work, it was found that when using sclerosing agent injection to treat gastric varices, snowflake thrombosis was observed in the right heart and there was an unexplained drop in blood pressure during surgery, and the effect of cyanoacrylate combined with polylauryl alcohol injection on hemodynamics during the treatment of gastric varices was observed by ultrasound. The purpose of this study was to reveal the characteristics of hemodynamic changes after intraoperative injection of sclerosing agents, and to provide theoretical basis and clinical data for the perioperative management of such patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）有神经系统疾病不能主动合作者； 2）心肺功能不全者； 3）发热、休克、昏迷、全身衰竭者； 4）患有心脏瓣膜疾病与室壁运动功能异常者； 5）严重的凝血功能障碍； 6）对于所使用的麻醉药存在过敏反应的患者； 7）严重低蛋白血症； 8）Child-Pugh C级患者； 9）存在大量出血以及血流动力学不稳定者；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those who have neurological diseases and cannot actively cooperate; 2) Cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 3) Fever, shock, coma, general failure; 4) Patients with heart valve disease and abnormal wall motor function; 5) severe coagulation dysfunction; 6) patients with allergic reactions to the anesthetics used; 7) severe hypoproteinemia; 8) Child-Pugh grade C patients; 9) Patients with massive bleeding and hemodynamic instability;
