研究目的：

比较T2竖脊肌平面阻滞与C5神经根阻滞或肩胛上神经阻滞在肩关节镜手术中对术中全麻药用量、血流动力学指标、术后镇痛效果、恢复指标、阻滞侧上肢肌力、膈肌麻痹及阻滞相关并发症发生情况的影响，旨在评估T2竖脊肌平面阻滞用于肩关节镜手术的临床效果，探索肩关节镜手术患者术后最佳镇痛方案。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of T2 erector spinae plane block and C5 nerve root block or suprascapular nerve block on intraoperative general anesthesia dosage, hemodynamic indicators, postoperative analgesic effect, recovery indicators, blocked upper limb muscle strength, the incidence of diaphragmatic paralysis block and related complications in shoulder arthroscopic surgery, with the aim of evaluating the clinical efficacy of T2 erector spinae plane block in shoulder arthroscopic surgery and exploring the optimal postoperative analgesic plan for patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopic surgery.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

⑴ 拒绝本研究选择的手术或麻醉方案或拒绝参加本研究； ⑵ 再次行肩关节镜手术； ⑶ 术前存在慢性阻塞性肺疾病或呼吸功能异常； ⑷ 合并糖尿病或外周神经系统病变； ⑸ 术前存在膈神经异常或膈肌功能障碍； ⑹ 长期使用阿片类药物； ⑺ 对本研究所用药物过敏； ⑻ 无法理解或配合神经阻滞操作及术后疼痛评分。

Exclusion criteria：

⑴ Refusing the surgical or anesthesia plan chosen for this study or refusing to participate in this study; ⑵ To perform shoulder arthroscopic surgery again; ⑶ Preoperative presence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or respiratory dysfunction; ⑷ Accompanied by diabetes or peripheral nervous system lesions; ⑸ Preoperative presence of diaphragmatic nerve abnormalities or diaphragmatic dysfunction; ⑹ Prolonged exposure to opiates; ⑺ Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; ⑻ Unable to understand or cooperate with nerve block procedures and postoperative pain scores.
