研究目的：

1.构建适用于中国中晚期老年痴呆症老人及其照护者的本土化合十礼护理方案； 2.评估该方案对痴呆症老人生活质量的影响； 3.评估该方案对照护者生活质量、照护负担、照护能力、照护态度及照护感受等的影响； 4.通过访谈了解照护者在培训及护理方案实施中的经历、挑战和需求。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop a culturally adapted Heshili Care Program tailored for older adults with middle-to-late-stage dementia and their caregivers in China. 2. Evaluate the impact of the program on the quality of life of older adults with dementia. 3. Assess the effects of the program on caregivers’ quality of life, caregiving burden, caregiving competence, caregiving attitudes, and caregiving experiences. 4. Explore caregivers’ perspectives on training and program implementation through in-depth interviews, focusing on their lived experiences, challenges, and unmet needs.

排除标准：

老人的排除标准： 1.老人有慢性呼吸衰竭、肺性脑病等严重并发症； 2.有严重行为异常或精神障碍者。 照护者的排除标准： 1.无法理解或配合研究流程者。

Exclusion criteria：

Elderly Participants 1. Presence of severe complications such as chronic respiratory failure or pulmonary encephalopathy; 2. Severe behavioral disturbances or psychiatric disorders. Caregivers 1. Inability to comprehend or cooperate with the study procedures.

晨间护理（每日早晨，约1-1.5小时）：头部按摩、手部护理、音乐疗法； 日间活动（每日上午或下午，约1-1.5小时）：感官刺激活动（如触摸毛绒玩具、观察花草绿植）； 晚间护理（每日傍晚，约1-1.5小时）：中药包足浴、芳香助眠、家庭故事分享； 个性化活动（每日下午，约1-1.5小时）：怀旧疗法（如翻阅家庭相册、聆听经典戏曲）或创意活动（如剪纸、家庭园艺）

Evening Care Session (Daily evening, approximately 1-1.5 hours): Traditional Chinese herbal foot bath; Aromatherapy for sleep enhancement; Family story-sharing sessions. Personalized Activities (Daily afternoon, approximately 1-1.5 hours): Reminiscence therapy: Activities such as reviewing family photo albums or listening to traditional operas; Creative engagement activities: Examples include paper-cutting or home gardening.
