研究目的：

ERAS理念下，研究穴位电针刺激对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后恶心呕吐的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of acupoint electroacupuncture stimulation on postoperative nausea and vomiting in gynecological laparoscopic surgery under ERAS concept.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准： 排除严重器质性心脏疾病病史者，严重肝肾功能异常患者，既往有晕动症或既往术后有恶心呕吐病史者，既往有消化道疾病史或胃肠道手术史者，电针刺激附近的皮肤破损或者过敏者，聋哑或智力障碍等不能互相沟通交流的患者，术中更改手术方式的患者，术中出现严重并发症者，术中出血过多以致血流动力学不稳定、气胸等。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: Excluding patients with a history of serious organic heart disease, patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, patients with a history of motion sickness or postoperative nausea and vomiting, patients with a history of gastrointestinal disease or gastrointestinal surgery, patients with skin damage or allergies near electroacupuncture stimulation, patients with deaf-mute or intellectual disability who cannot communicate with each other, patients with intraoperative changes in surgical methods, In patients with severe complications during operation, excessive intraoperative bleeding resulted in hemodynamic instability, pneumothorax, etc
