研究目的：

1. 基于潜在类别增长模型及慢性病轨迹理论形成初次行胰腺癌根治性手术后6个月内患者的家庭照顾者需求类别及发展轨迹，为阐明该群体需求的发生与发展，为未来对该主题的预测提供科学依据； 2. 基于支持性需求概念框架探究初次行胰腺癌根治术后6个月内患者的家庭照顾者需求的影响因素，为制定幸存期家庭照顾方案提供理论依据，明确提供干预的潜在时机与要点。  

Objectives of Study：

This study seeks to address gaps in current knowledge by exploring the needs of carers of people following surgery for pancreatic cancer from the date of discharge after initial surgical resection of pancreatic cancer (baseline) and at three times points (at 1, 3 and 6 months) in the six months following discharge after the first surgery to assess the patterns of carers needs. The Chronic Illness Trajectory Model and the Supportive Care Framework (see Section Below) will guide the selection of variables for investigation at 1, 3 and 6 months post-surgery. It will examine the influence of various factors at the individual (socio-demographic, pathophysiological data, economic data, coping styles and caring experience), immediate environment (family environment), and inter-group interactions and influences (social support) levels on the needs of carers of people following of pancreatic cancer over time.

排除标准：

家庭照顾者： a) 对招募时已发生癌症远处转移的胰腺癌患者进行护理； b) 他们的护理工作是有报酬的； c) 不能读或写； d) 有严重的健康问题，使他们在一段时间内无法参加调查； 胰腺癌术后患者： a) 招募时已发生癌症远处转移的患者； b) 不能读或写； c) 有严重的健康问题，使他们在一段时间内无法参加调查；

Exclusion criteria：

Carers who: a) Care for people of pancreatic cancer who have distant metastasis of cancer at the time of recruitment b) are paid for their caregiving work c) Are unable to read or write d) Have severe health problems that would prevent them from participating in the survey over time Patients who: a) Have pancreatic cancer with distant metastasis of cancer at the time of recruitment b) Are unable to read or write c) Have severe health problems that would prevent them from participating in the survey over time
