研究目的：

基于中国人民海军第九七一医院手外科中心前期实施的手外科完全性血管组织离断修复手术，回顾性分析术后血管危象的发生率、游离血管组织成活率和相关危险因素，建立手外科血管危象风险预测模型和评分系统。以期为手外科围术期血管危象提供更科学的风险预测方法和围术期风险预防指导

Objectives of Study：

Based on the preliminary implementation of complete vascular tissue dissection and repair surgery in the Hand Surgery Center of PLA Navy No. 971 Hospital, a retrospective analysis was conducted on the incidence and related risk factors of postoperative vascular crisis, and survival rate of free vascular tissue. A hand surgery vascular crisis risk prediction model and scoring system were established. To provide more scientific risk prediction methods and perioperative risk prevention guidance for vascular crises in hand surgery

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：	1.临床观察法：通过皮肤颜色、皮肤温度、组织张力、毛细血管充盈试验、针刺与小切口放血试验多项联合观察诊断是否有血管危象； 2.通过是否实施血管危象探查术和解脱术诊断是否有血管危象； 3.通过移植组织坏死/成活术后结局诊断是否有血管危象。
Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):	1. Clinical observation method: Diagnosis of vascular crisis is achieved through a combination of skin color, skin temperature, tissue tension, capillary filling test, acupuncture, and small incision bloodletting test; 2. Diagnose whether there is a vascular crisis by whether vascular crisis exploration and relief surgery have been performed; 3. Diagnose the presence of vascular crisis based on the postoperative outcome of tissue necrosis/survival after transplantation.

容易混淆的疾病人群（即与目标疾病不易区分的一种或多种不同疾病，应避免采用正常人群对照的病例-对照设计）：	游离组织修复手术正常患者以及严重损伤引起的部分游离修复组织坏死的患者	例数: Sample size: 3420
Population with condition difficult to distinguish from the target condition, the normal population in a case-control study design should be avoid:	Normal patients undergoing free tissue repair surgery and patients with partial free repair tissue necrosis caused by severe injury.
