研究目的：

本研究旨在通过对 ICU幸存者及照护者进行长期随访，评估患者的生理、心理和认知情况、生存率、生活质量等指标，探究PICS及PICS-F的动态变化及发展轨迹，分析相关影响因素，以全面了解 ICU 幸存者的康复过程和长期健康状况，为PICS的预防及干预提供科学依据，同时及时对幸存者照护者家属的心理症状及生存质量进行评估、判断、干预等，从多环节、多角度、多模式入手采取有效的干预措施，预防或减缓PICS和PICS-F的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

Through long-term follow-up of ICU survivors and their caregivers, this study aims to evaluate the physiological, psychological and cognitive conditions, survival rate, quality of life and other indicators of patients, explore the dynamic changes and development trajectory of PICS and PCS-F, and analyze related influencing factors, so as to comprehensively understand the rehabilitation process and long-term health status of ICU survivors. To provide a scientific basis for the prevention and intervention of PICS, and to evaluate, judge and intervene the psychological symptoms and quality of life of the family members of survivors' caregivers in a timely manner, so as to take effective intervention measures from multiple links, angles and modes to prevent or slow down the occurrence of PICS and PCS-F.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）未达到出院标准，自行要求出院者； （2）恶性肿瘤或患有其他严重慢性病； （3）既往有ICU住院史，或随访中再次入住ICU者； （4）沟通交流困难者； （5）既往精神疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not meet the discharge standards and ask to be discharged by themselves; (2) Malignant tumors or other serious chronic diseases; (3) Patients with a history of ICU hospitalization or re-admission to ICU during follow-up; (4) communication difficulties; (5) Previous history of mental illness.
