研究目的：

本研究拟用右美托咪定联合氟比洛芬酯用于甲状腺切除术患者的静脉自控镇痛，研究一种既能达到有效术后镇痛效果，又能改善患者术后睡眠的药物配方，为此类手术患者提供一个更优良的术后静脉镇痛方案的参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to use dexmedetomidine combined with flurbiprofen axetil for intravenous patient-controlled analgesia in patients undergoing thyroidectomy. A drug formula that can achieve effective postoperative analgesia and improve postoperative sleep is studied, providing a reference for a better postoperative intravenous analgesia plan for patients undergoing such surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①严重心、肝、肾功能不全者； ②有窦性心动过缓或心脏传导阻滞者； ③患有严重精神类疾病，神经系统疾病，或语言障碍无法进行沟通获取有效信息者； ④有睡眠障碍长期服用助睡眠类药物者； ⑤术前服用可乐定、甲基多巴或其他α2受体激动剂类药物者； ⑥有活动性消化性溃疡出血，或者既往曾发作者； ⑦术前长期服用阿片类镇痛药患者； ⑧术后出现切口感染者；

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction; ② Patients with sinus bradycardia or heart conduction block; ③ Individuals with severe mental illness, neurological disorders, or language disorders who are unable to communicate and obtain effective information; ④ Long term use of sleep aid drugs for individuals with sleep disorders; ⑤ Preoperative administration of clonidine, methyldopa, or other medications α Individuals with 2-receptor agonist drugs; ⑥ Active peptic ulcer bleeding, or previous author; ⑦ Patients who take opioid analgesics for a long time before surgery; ⑧ Postoperative incision infection;
