本研究旨在探索智能机器人健康教育在临床护理过程中的临床适用性，您能够帮助我们明确智能机器人健康教育的应用需求、可行性以及可用性，为智能机器人健康教育的推广应用提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical applicability of intelligent robot health education in the process of clinical care, you can help us to clarify the application needs, feasibility, and usability of intelligent robot health education, and provide reference for the promotion and application of intelligent robot health education.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

纳排标准分护士和患者论述，护士排除标准：①外来进修、实习工作者；②调查期间未在岗的医护工作者，包括出差、学习、休假者。 主要由病区护士依据患者现阶段病情判断是否能够采用智能机器人健康教育，患者排除标准：①身体极度虚弱或处于急危重症状态；②不能理解量表、问卷者。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria are discussed by nurses and patients. The exclusion criteria for nurses are: ① external training, internship workers; ② health care workers who are not on duty during the survey period, including those who are on business trips, studies, and vacations. The nurses in the ward judged whether the intelligent robots could be used for health education based on the current condition of the patients, and the patients were excluded from the criteria: ① extremely weak or in a state of acute and critical illness; ② those who could not understand the scales and questionnaires.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

质性研究数据采集与管理：在整个访谈过程中，使用录音笔和笔记对数据进行收集。在访谈结束后，24小时内录音被逐字转录，将资料导入NVivo 12.0软件，两名研究人员对收集的文字、资料等，反复进行提取与分析，通过小组讨论对意见进行整合，并同时整理被访者的人口学信息。 量性研究数据采集与管理：使用问卷星收集相关问卷数据，同时及时将资料信息导入SPSS软件，双人核对录入，保证数据记录及时、完整、准确、真实。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection and management of qualitative research: Throughout the interview process, data were collected using audio recorders and notes. At the end of the interviews, the recordings were transcribed verbatim within 24 hours, and the information was imported into the NVivo 12.0 software. The two researchers repeatedly extracted and analyzed the collected text and information, integrated the opinions through group discussions, and simultaneously organized the demographic information of the interviewees. Quantitative research data collection and management: use questionnaire star to collect relevant questionnaire data, at the same time timely data information imported into the SPSS software, double checking entry, to ensure that the data records are timely, complete, accurate and true.
