Objectives of Study：

Verification of the protective effect of preoperative lumbar drainage on the temporal lobe of patients with petroclival meningioma undergoing resection via the anterior petrosal approach

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）除外颅内同步放化疗（同步放化疗中TMZ用量≤75mg/m2，放疗剂量限制在50～60Gy范围） （2）接受其他抗肿瘤药物治疗的患者（包括化疗、靶向药物、免疫治疗、中药抗肿瘤治疗、电场治疗等） （3）在入组前6个月内患有严重心脏疾病者，例如不稳定型心绞痛、心肌梗死、心脏衰竭(纽约心脏病协会心功能分级>II级)或脑卒中(腔性梗塞除外)等，无法耐受手术者 （4）合并NF2、多发脑膜瘤、脑转移癌等其他颅内肿瘤或合并损伤脑组织的其他疾病，如脑出血、脑梗死、颅内感染等 （5）过去接受过开颅手术

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Excluding intracranial synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy (TMZ dosage ≤ 75mg/m2 in synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy, radiotherapy dosage is limited to the range of 50-60Gy) (2) Patients receiving treatment with other anti-tumor drugs (including chemotherapy, targeted drugs, immunotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine anti-tumor therapy, electric field therapy, etc.) (3) Individuals who suffer from severe heart disease within the 6 months prior to enrollment, such as unstable angina, myocardial infarction, heart failure (New York Heart Association heart function classification>Grade II), or stroke (excluding lacunar infarction), and unable to tolerate surgery (4) Merge other intracranial tumors such as NF2, multiple meningiomas, brain metastases, or other diseases that damage brain, such as cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, intracranial infection, etc (5) Previously underwent craniotomy surgery;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

整个试验过程严格执行临床试验质量管理规范，所有纸质CRF记录完整、真实、清晰、客观后将试验数据输入计算机，锁定数据后储存。 （1） 病例报告表填写与移交 病例报告表（CRF）由研究者填写，每位入选病例必须完成病例报告表。完成的病例报告表由监查员审查后，第一联移交数据管理员，进行数据录入与管理工作。第一联移交后，病例报告表的内容不再做修改。 （2） 数据录入与修改 数据管理员采用软件编制数据录入程序，进行数据录入与管理。为保证数据准确性，应由两位数据输入员独立进行双份录入并校对。 对病例报告表中存在的疑问，数据管理员将通过产生疑问解答表（Query Form）向研究人员发出询问，并通过监查员联系研究人员应尽快解答并返回；数据管理员根据研究人员的回答进行数据修改、确认与录入，必要时可以再次发出QF。 （3） 数据库锁定 在数据审核并确认建立的数据库正确后，由数据管理人员、主要研究者、统计分析人员、申办者和监查管理人员共同对数据进行审核，并完成分析人群的最后定义及判断，之后由数据管理员对数据库进行锁定。 锁定后的数据库或文件一般情况下不得再做改动。 （4） 数据处理 数据库锁定后提交统计分析人员进行统计分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The entire trial process strictly follows the clinical trial quality management standards, and all paper CRF records are complete truthfully, clearly, and objectively. After inputting the trial data into the computer, the data is locked and stored. (1) Filling out and Handover of Case Report Form The Case Report Form (CRF) is filled out by the researcher, and The CRF must be completed for each selected case. The completed case report form is reviewed by the supervisor, the first copy is handed over to the administrator for data entry and management. After the transfering of the first copy, the content of the case report form will no longer be modified. (2) Data entry and modification The administrator uses software to develop a data entry program for data entry and management. To ensure data accuracy, two data entry personnel should independently perform double entry and proofreading. For any questions in the case report form, the data administrator will send a query form to the researchers and contact them through the monitor to answer and return as soon as possible; The administrator modifies, confirms, and enters the data based on the researcher's answers, and may issue a QF again if necessary. (3) Database locking After data review and confirmation of the correctness of the established database, data management personnel, main researchers, statistical analysts, sponsors, and monitoring management personnel jointly review the data and complete the final definition and judgment of the analyzed population. Afterwards, the data administrator locks the database. Locked databases or files are generally not allowed to be modified. (4) Data processing After locking the database, submit it to the statistical analysis personnel for statistical analysis.
