研究目的：

本研究的总体目标是评估在线同理心训练对护理学生自我关怀和压力缓解的效果。具体研究目标如下： （1）评估在线同理心训练对自我关怀的影响：采用自我关怀量表测量干预组和对照组再次参与培训前后在自我关怀方面的变化； （2）评估在线同理心训练对压力缓解的影响：采用压力感知量表测量干预组和对照组再次参与培训前后在压力减轻方面的变化； （3）探索护理学生参与训练项目后的感知、态度和经验：通过深入访谈及收集学生每周的日记，了解护理学生对在线同理心训练项目的想法、态度和经历。  

Objectives of Study：

The overall aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of online compassion training on self-compassion and stress reduction among nursing students. To achieve this, the research team will pursue the following specific objectives: (1) Assess the effects of the online compassion training on self-compassion: quantitatively measure and compare the levels of self-compassion among nursing students before and after the training intervention. (2) Assess the effects of the online compassion training on stress reduction: quantitatively measure and compare the levels of stress among nursing students before and after the training intervention. (3) Explore the perception, attitudes, and experiences of nursing students following participation in the training program: conduct qualitative interviews and collect weekly dairy from students to capture the subjective viewpoints, attitudes, and experiences of nursing students regarding the online compassion training program.

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria include individuals with a history of severe mental health disorders or those currently receiving ongoing mental health treatment that could significantly interfere with participation in the study.

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Eligible participants will be randomly assigned to either the online compassion training program (experimental group) or the control group with no intervention. The randomization sequences will be generated at a 1:1 ratio by an independent researcher using a web-based software tool (http://www.randomization.com). Once the randomization is complete, the sequences will be securely recorded in a database. Each participant's ID will be associated with their assigned group based on the randomization sequence.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究数据采用了问卷星链接进行收集。参与者通过问卷星平台填写问卷，并提交其回答。所有收集到的数据均以Excel文件格式导出，并存储在安全的学校数据存储系统中。
