Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between the excitatory changes in the bilateral M1 region of the brain and neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者：1. 严重的认知或语言障碍；2. 头部或颈部有导电、铁磁性或其他磁敏感金属或存在心脏起搏器；3. 近六个月内有癫痫发作；4. 存在严重的局部或全身性疾病，无法耐受相关检测；5.存在其他类型的疼痛（如骨骼肌肉痛、内脏痛等非神经病理性疼痛）；6.患者于1周内服用过巴氯芬、地西泮等影响ppTMS检测的药物；7. 女性处于月经期。健康对照：1.头部或颈部有导电、铁磁性或其他磁敏感金属或存在心脏起搏器；2.存在急性疼痛或慢性疼痛病史；3.1周内服用过巴氯芬、地西泮等影响ppTMS检测的药物；4.女性处于月经期。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients:1. severe cognitive or language impairment; 2.the presence of conductive, ferromagnetic or other magnetically sensitive metals in the head or neck or the presence of a pacemaker; 3. seizures within the last six months; 4. serious local or systemic diseases, unable to tolerate relevant tests; 5. other types of pain (such as skeletal muscle pain, visceral pain and other non-neuropathic pain); 6. taking the drugs that may affect the MEP recording within 1 week, including baclofen, diazepam and other drugs; 7. female patients are in the menstrual period. Healthy controls:1.the presence of conductive, ferromagnetic or other magnetically sensitive metals in the head or neck or the presence of a pacemaker;2.present history of acute or chronic pain;3.taking the drugs that may affect the MEP recording within 1 week, including baclofen, diazepam and other drugs; 4. female patients are in the menstrual period.
