研究目的：

本研究旨在通过随机、对照的研究方法，观察“腰腹同治”的推拿配合呼吸模式重建治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效，以求探索出安全、高效、稳定的治疗方法，提高腰椎间盘突出症的临床治愈率。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Tuina based of "waist and abdomen treatment" combined with breathing pattern reconstruction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, thus exporing a safe,efficient and stable method to improve the clinic cure rate of lumbar disc herniation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①不符合诊断标准者。 ②合并有严重心脑血管、肝、肾、血液等系统疾病者。 ③精神疾病患者，不能耐受长时间俯卧位者。 ④妇女妊娠期及月经期。 ⑤不同意配合临床治疗观察者。 ⑥腰背部皮肤有破损或有伤口。 ⑦有重大传染病者，如肝炎、梅毒、艾滋病等。 ⑧有推拿禁忌症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Those who fail to meet the above inclusion criteria. ②Combined with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, blood and other systemic diseases. ③Mental disease,unable to tolerate a prolonged prone position. ④Pregnant and menstrual women. ⑤Refuse to cooperate with the clinical treatment for observation. ⑥Patients with broken skin or wounds on lower back. ⑦Patients with major infectious diseases,eg.hepatitis,syphilis,AIDS etc. ⑧Patients with contraindications to Tuina.
