研究目的：

（1）明确RD与血钙、骨密度的关系； （2）DHI持续时间与血钙、骨密度的关系； （3）血钙、骨密度对预测RD的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Clarify the relationship between RD and blood calcium and bone density; (2) The relationship between the duration of DHI and blood calcium and bone density; (3) The value of blood calcium and bone density in predicting RD.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患者不能坚持并配合随访工作； （2）不能配合抽血或骨密度检查； （3）继发于严重精神类疾病、中枢性疾病、外伤的眩晕； （4）手法复位治疗失败患者或2周内再发患者； （5）患者或家属拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients cannot persist and cooperate with follow-up work; (2) Unable to cooperate with blood sampling or bone density testing; (3) Dizziness secondary to severe mental disorders, central diseases, and trauma; (4) Patients who have failed manual reduction treatment or have relapsed within 2 weeks; (5) The patient or family member refuses to sign the informed consent form.
