本项目拟将前期已应用至临床治疗高尿酸血症并且收效较好的白茅饮经验方(利湿化於法代表方剂),再次运用至临床治疗高尿酸血症。并通过临床疗效、肠道菌群变化、肠道代谢物变化等多种方案对其降尿酸机制进行探讨,以此明确肠道微生物组在白茅饮有效成分的利用中如何发挥作用,阐明在降药物尿酸过程中白茅饮与肠道微生物的相互关系机制。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This project intends to apply the experience formula of Baimao Drink (representative prescription of dampness in the method) that has been applied to the clinical treatment of hyperuricemia in the early stage and has good results, and then apply it to the clinical treatment of hyperuricemia. In order to clarify the role of intestinal microbiome in the utilization of the active ingredients of Baimao drink, and to clarify the interaction mechanism between Baimao drink and intestinal microbiota in the process of lowering uric acid, the mechanism of the relationship between Baimao drink and intestinal microbiota was clarified. |

药物成份或治疗方案详述: |
白茅饮剂量及服用方法:白茅饮(组方中包含生药白茅根45g、当归20g、金钱草60g、决明子10g、山楂10g,水煎后制成颗粒剂,江苏江阴制备), 采用同一批次发放给病人服用,一日一剂,早饭后半小时分两次服用,共服药时间为28天。 别嘌呤醇剂量及服用方法:口服:初始剂量50毫克/次,1~2次/日,每周可递增50~100毫克/日,至200~300毫克/日,分2~3次服,最大量不超过600毫克/日,共服药时间为28天。 |

Dosage and dosage of Baimao Drink: Baimao Drink (the formula contains 45g of crude drug Baimao root, 20g of angelica, 60g of desmodium, 10g of cassia seed, 10g of hawthorn, decoction of water to make granules, prepared in Jiangyin, Jiangsu), the same batch was distributed to the patient to take, one dose a day, taken twice half an hour after breakfast, a total of 28 days. Allopurinol dosage and dosage method: oral: the initial dose is 50 mg/time, 1~2 times/day, can be increased by 50~100 mg/day per week, to 200~300 mg/day, divided into 2~3 times, the maximum amount does not exceed 600 mg/day, and the total medication time is 28 days. |

1.近三个月服用过抗生素的患者; 2.胃肠道疾病和代谢性疾病等可能影响肠道菌群变化的因素; 3.可导致核酸代谢亢进的糖尿病、甲亢、肝肾功能不全和各种癌肿放疗或化疗后; 4.肾脏非痛风性结石、肾衰及其它肾脏疾病; 5.近期服用双氢克尿赛、吡嗪酰胺类等可促进尿酸排泄的药物。 6.酒精中毒者、精神疾病者和孕期者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Patients who had taken antibiotics in the past three months ; 2.Factors that may affect the changes of intestinal flora such as gastrointestinal diseases and metabolic diseases ; 3. Diabetes, hyperthyroidism, liver and kidney dysfunction and various cancers after radiotherapy or chemotherapy that can lead to nucleic acid metabolism ; 4. Renal non-gout stones, renal failure and other kidney diseases ; 5. Recent use of dihydrocortisone, pyrazinamides and other drugs that can promote the excretion of uric acid. 6.Alcoholism, mental illness and pregnancy. |

100 patients with hyperuricemia who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into compound Baijin Decoction treatment group and allopurinol treatment group, with 50 people in each group.
