研究该改良方法（PM-EMR）与传统EMR在息肉切除的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of this modified method (PM-EMR) compared with traditional EMR in polyp resection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

转移、深部粘膜下浸润；带蒂结直肠息肉；严重心肺疾病；炎症性肠病；不间断使用抗血栓药物；严重血液疾病或凝血功能障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with metastasis, deep submucosal invasion, pedunculated colorectal polyps, serious cardiopulmonary disease, inflammatory bowel diseases, uninterrupted use of antithrombotic drugs, serious blood diseases or coagulopathies.
