研究目的：

1.孕早期进行铁缺乏筛查，是否为更佳的铁缺乏筛查窗口期。 2.对铁不足孕产妇进行铁剂补充干预是否可以更好的预防缺铁性贫血的发生。 3.铁剂的隔日补充是否有更好的依从性和更少的副作用，但同样具有和连续性补充一样的补铁效果。

Objectives of Study：

1. Whether screening for iron deficiency in the first trimester is a better window period for iron deficiency screening. 2. Whether iron supplement intervention for iron-deficient pregnant women can better prevent the occurrence of iron-deficiency anemia. 3. Does every other day supplementation of iron have better compliance and fewer side effects, but also have the same iron supplementation effect as continuous supplementation

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无法按医嘱服药、产检或在本院分娩；2.血液疾患如地中海贫血、溶血性贫血、再生障碍性贫血等；3.孕前3个月至调查时间内参加了任何1项药物或营养临床试验者；4.膳食补充剂服用信息不详;5.既往患有糖尿病、感染性疾病、多囊卵巢综合征、甲状腺疾病或其他系统性疾病（包括心脑血管疾病、神经系统疾病、免疫系统疾病）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Failure to take medication, take a prenatal examination or give birth in the hospital as prescribed; 2. Blood disorders such as thalassemia, hemolytic anemia, aplastic anemia, etc.; 3. Participants who participated in any drug or nutrition clinical trial from 3 months before pregnancy to the survey time; 4. Dietary supplement consumption information is unknown; 5. Previous diabetes, infectious diseases, polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid disease or other systemic diseases (including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, neurological diseases, immune system diseases)

根据入选患者编号01-68，采用随机数字表，选取68个数字，从大到小进行排列，前34个为不干预组或连续服药组，后34个为间隔服药组。
