研究目的:

从运动实践的实际需要出发,通过随机交叉实验,旨在探究吸入富氢气体是否能够延缓健康成年男子急性运动后的身体疲劳和相关运动素质下降,并通过相关生化指标得出可能产生积极作用的原因。  

Objectives of Study:

Starting from the practical needs of exercise practice, this study aimed to investigate, through a randomised crossover experiment, whether inhalation of hydrogen-rich gas could delay the physical fatigue and related decline in athletic qualities after acute exercise in healthy adult men, and to derive the reasons for the possible positive effects by means of relevant biochemical indices.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

实验前 6个月内无下肢受伤史,无心血管、呼吸、内分泌疾病,不吸烟,不服用药物。

Exclusion criteria:

There was no history of lower extremity injuries within 6 months prior to the experiment, no cardiovascular, respiratory, or endocrine diseases, no smoking, and no medications.
