研究目的：

（1）明确焦虑障碍患者对潜在威胁刺激产生过度预期反应时，PFC-杏仁核-BNST 通路激活模式的特点及动态变化； （2）探讨正念训练是否通过影响PFC-杏仁核-BNST 通路而改善焦虑障碍。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the characteristics and dynamic changes of PFC-amygdala -BNST pathway activation pattern when anxiety disorders have excessive anticipation response to the potential threat stimulation; 2. To explore the possible mediating role of PFC-amygdala-BNST pathway in mindfulness interventions beneficial effects on anxiety disorders.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有严重躯体疾病者、精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、抑郁症、脑器质性疾病、癫痫、物质滥用等其他精神障碍患者；
2.不合作以及社会人口学资料收集不完整患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with severe physical illness, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, brain organic disease, epilepsy, substance abuse or other mental disorders;
2. Uncooperative participants;
3. Demographic data are not complete.
