研究目的：

应用fMRI及EEG确定rTMS作用脑区，在精准导航下完成抑郁症患者的rTMS个体化治疗，研究疗效个体化差异的机制，寻找客观生物学标记。  

Objectives of Study：

Using fMRI and EEG to determine the rTMS effected brain region, complete the individualized treatment to patients with depression by the accurate navigation rTMS, and then research the mechanism of the individualized difference and find the objective bio-markers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.现在或过去符合或达到DSM-V标准的下列条件的个体：精神分裂症、分裂样障碍、分裂样情感障碍、妄想症、双相情感障碍、精神错乱、痴呆、失忆，或其他严重认知障碍、智力发育障碍、由于躯体疾病或物质滥用导致的精神障碍；
2.有脑部外伤史或其他已知中枢神经系统器质性病变；
3.曾系统接受过电休克或rTMS治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals meet or met the following conditions of the DSM-V standard: schizophrenia, schizoid personality disorder, schizotype affective disorder, delusional disorder, bipolar affective disorder, alienation, dementia, amnesiac, or other serious cognitive impairments, impaired mental developments, mental disorders caused by physical illness or substance abuse;
2. With the history of brain trauma or other known pathological changes of the central nervous system;
3. Have received the systematic treatment with electro-shock or rTMS.
