研究目的：

不同的个体达到相同镇静程度的用药量有很大的差别，为个体化用药，本研究纳入可能影响瑞马唑仑镇静效果的多个因素，并对这些因素进行统计分析，得出可靠的影响因素及各个因素影响力的大小。这个研究旨在指导麻醉医生们在应用瑞马唑仑的临床工作中如果遇到多种因素同时存在的情况,可以预先筛选出对欲知指标有临床意义的影响因素，可比较各因素影响力的相对大小，可在诱导前对每个病人的诱导特点进行预测,调整麻醉诱导方案,保证麻醉质量。在麻醉后通过麻醉方案的真实记录,可估计、提高麻醉质量。

Objectives of Study：

There are great differences in the amount of drugs used by different individuals to achieve the same degree of sedation. For individualized drug use, this study included multiple factors that may affect the sedation effect of remazolam, and conducted statistical analysis of these factors to obtain reliable influencing factors and the influence of each factor. The purpose of this study is to guide anesthesiologists in the application of remazolam clinical work in the case of multiple factors exist at the same time, can be screened out in advance for the indicators of clinical significance, can compare the relative influence of each factor, can predict the induction characteristics of each patient before induction, adjust the anesthesia induction program, and ensure the quality of anesthesia. After anesthesia, the quality of anesthesia can be estimated and improved through the real record of anesthesia program.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并智力或者意识障碍；2.不能理解焦虑评分量表；2.存在严重系统性疾病，ASA分级3-4级；3.因失眠等因素长期口服镇静药物；4.有吸毒史或阿片类药物使用史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with intellectual or conscious disorders; 2. Inability to understand anxiety rating scales; 2. Serious systemic disease, ASA grade 3-4; 3. Long-term oral sedation due to insomnia and other factors; 4. A history of drug use or opioid use.
