研究目的：

本课题基于“指-脑”理论，以揿针刺激手井穴时的脑电信号为研究对象，利用诱发电位分析、时频分析以及脑功能网络分析等方法，从时域、频域和空间域三个角度来研究揿针刺激手井穴状态下的脑电响应特性，本研究旨在为井穴刺激的大脑调控机制提供理论支撑，为井穴功能相对特异性以及“指-脑”理论提供新的佐证。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is based on the "finger brain" theory and focuses on the electroencephalogram (EEG) signals generated by pressing needles to stimulate the hand well acupoints. Using methods such as evoked potential analysis, time-frequency analysis, and brain functional network analysis, the study investigates the EEG response characteristics of pressing needles to stimulate the hand well acupoints from three perspectives: time domain, frequency domain, and spatial domain. The aim of this study is to provide theoretical support for the brain regulatory mechanism of well acupoint stimulation, Provide new evidence for the relative specificity of well point function and the "finger brain" theory.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）女性妊娠期及月经期； 2）伴有心血管、消化、呼吸、泌尿、血液系统等疾病者； 3）焦虑自评量表（Self-rating Anxiety Scale，SAS）标准分≥50分或抑郁自评量表（Self-rating Depression Scale，SDS）标准分≥50分者； 4）身体存在外伤、皮损等，或在所需取穴位及其周围有皮肤感染、溃疡； 5）试验前一周内生活作息不规律，有熬夜或睡眠不佳者，前48h内服用酒精、咖啡、浓茶等刺激性食物者； 6）试验前一周参加过或试验过程中同时参加其他临床研究者； 7）试验前一周有针刺或其他治疗干预者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Female pregnancy and menstrual period 2) Individuals with cardiovascular, digestive, respiratory, urinary, and blood system diseases 3) Individuals with a Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) standard score of ≥ 50 or a Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) standard score of ≥ 50 4) There are external injuries, skin lesions, or skin infections or ulcers around the required acupoints in the body 5) Individuals with irregular daily routines, staying up late or poor sleep, and those who consume stimulating foods such as alcohol, coffee, and strong tea within the first 48 hours prior to the experiment 6) Participants who participated in the previous week of the trial or participated in other clinical studies during the trial process 7) Individuals who received acupuncture or other therapeutic interventions one week prior to the trial.
