研究目的：

该研究旨在评估iTBS 与10 Hz rTMS 对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的影响、血清神经功能及功能性磁共振的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to evaluate the effect of intermittent theta burst stimulation (iTBS) and 10 Hz repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on the swallowing function of patients with poststroke dysphagia, and changes in neurological function and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）其他疾病导致的吞咽障碍；（2）生命体征不稳定者；（3）认知障碍不能配合者；（4）癫痫病史；（5）头部有金属植入物；（6）对造影剂等实验用品过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Dysphagia caused by other diseases; (2) Those with unstable vital signs; (3) Patients who cannot cooperate with cognitive dysfunction;(4) History of epilepsy;(5) Presence of metal implants;(6) Patients with allergies to experimental supplies such as contrast medium.
