本课题拟建立高效稳定、便捷精准的LC-MS/MS测定技术,以经典群体药动学方法拟合模型,以机器学习技术辅助优化模型预测能力,开展深度群体药效学研究,实现美罗培南常规TDM及剂量预测、评价体系,为开发美罗培南个体化给药、精准给药网络技术平台提供有力依据和基础。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The project aims to establish an efficient, stable, convenient, and precise LC-MS/MS measurement technique. It plans to fit models using classical population pharmacokinetic methods and use machine learning techniques to assist in optimizing model prediction capabilities. The project will conduct in-depth population pharmacodynamics research to achieve routine therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) and dose prediction and evaluation systems for meropenem. This will provide a strong basis for the development of an individualized dosing and precision dosing network technology platform for meropenem. |

①孕妇、哺乳期妇女; ②对碳青霉烯类药物过敏; ③同时使用丙戊酸钠; ④革兰氏阳性球菌,病毒,真菌感染。 |

1.Pregnant women, breastfeeding women; 2.Allergic to carbapenems; 3.Simultaneous use of sodium valproate; 4.Gram-positive bacteria, viruses, fungal infections. |
