研究目的：

本研究以具有极高发病率的肩袖撕裂患者为研究对象，纳入本中心因肩袖撕裂行手术治疗的患者，并进行24个月的随访，分析患者手术前后及末次随访时的肩关节功能评分和影像学结果，探究影响肩袖撕裂术后临床效果的相关因素。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients with rotator cuff tears with a high incidence rate were included in the center for surgical treatment of rotator cuff tears, and were followed up for 24 months. The functional score and imaging results of the shoulder joint before and after surgery and at the last follow-up were analyzed, and the related factors affecting the clinical outcomes of rotator cuff tears were explored.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并原发或转移性骨肿瘤以及血液系统疾病引起的骨质破坏； 2.合并肱骨骨折、锁骨骨折、肩胛骨骨折或肩锁关节脱位； 3.合并严重内科疾病不适宜接受手术治疗； 4.不能完成研究方案确定的随访； 5.相关临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Bone destruction caused by merging primary or metastatic bone tumors and hematological diseases; 2. Combined humeral fracture, clavicle fracture, scapular fracture, or acromioclavicular joint dislocation; 3. It is not suitable to receive surgical treatment due to severe comorbidities; 4. Unable to complete the follow-up determined by the research protocol; 5. Incomplete clinical data.
