研究目的:

本研究拟以择期接受全身麻醉的手术患者为研究对象,利用3D-CT模拟支气管内镜评估系统重现呼吸道组织结构,探索性联合呼吸暂停低通气指数,建立并验证困难气道预测模型,探究全新的困难通气评估系统,为临床个体化制定患者麻醉气管插管决策提供依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study is designed to evaluate the airway condition more precisely by using polysomnography (PSG), three-dimensional CT reconstruction (3D-CT), and virtual endoscopy (VE) in patients with difficult airway during preoperative assessment. The main purpose is to find out the relationship between apnea hypoventilation index (AHI) and difficult mask ventilation (DMV). The secondary research purpose is to create a new virtual airway assessment through 3D-CT reconstruction and VE.

排除标准:

(1)年龄<18岁或>80岁(2)ASA Ⅲ~ASA Ⅳ(3)患者或其监护人自愿退出。

金标准或参考标准(即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法,在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准):

临床表现评估: 面罩通气困难评估(1)无麻醉医师辅助氧饱和度(SpO2)> 92%(2)面罩通气时出现气体泄漏(3)必须将气体流量增加到15 l /min以上,并使用氧气冲洗阀两次以上(4)无明显胸部运动(5)必须进行双手面罩通气(6)需要更换操作人员

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Clinical assessment for difficult mask ventilation: (1) oxygen saturation >92% without anesthesiologist assistance; (2) gas leak when use the face mask; (3) has to increase the gas flow to be greater than 15L/min and oxygen flushing valve more than twice; (4) no obviously chest action; (5) has to perform doub
