研究目的：

观察对比注水法内镜下黏膜切除术与传统内镜下黏膜切除术在大肠中等大小扁平息肉治疗中的临床疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: to compare the efficacy and safety of endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) and traditional endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) in the treatment of middle-sized and small colorectal polyps.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）难以配合的患者；（2）息肉已癌变；（3） 有严重心肺疾病；（4）有出血倾向；（5）需长期服用阿司匹林等抗血小板药物

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Difficult to cooperate with patients;(2)The polyp has turned cancerous;(3) Have a serious heart and lung disease;(4)Tends to bleed;(5) Need to take aspirin and other anti-platelet drugs for a long time

underwater endoscopic mucosal resection treatment group

Sample size：

干预措施：

常规进镜至病变部位，继续进镜约 5cm 后逐渐退镜，吸尽肠腔内气体后注入生理盐水 100～200mL 至浸没息肉，此时可见息肉漂浮于水中，底部清晰。调整内镜角度或者患者体位，使息肉完全暴露在视野 5～7 点范围，然后用圈套器套住病灶根部，以 ERBE 高频电刀切除。

Intervention：

The polyps could be seen floating in the water and the bottom of the polyp could be seen clearly. The polyp could be seen in the polyp. After adjusting the endoscopic angle or the patient's body position so that the polyp is completely exposed to the 5-7 point field of view, the snare is placed around the base of the lesion and the Erbe electrotome is used to remove the polyp.

常规进镜至病变部位，在病变部位周围黏膜下以一次性注射针注射 1:10000 的肾上腺素氯化钠溶液，观察病灶局部隆起呈抬举征阳性，然后用圈套器套住病灶根部，以 ERBE 高频电刀切除。

The lesions were treated with 1:10,000 injection of epinephrine and sodium chloride under the mucosa around the lesions, the base of the lesion was encircled with a snare, and the lesion was resected with an ERBE electrosurgical knife.
