研究目的：

基于语义图示工具联合赋能对老年患者照护者进行误吸预防教育，旨在提高照护者误吸预防的知信行水平，减轻老年患者误吸发生率，从而保障患者安全。  

Objectives of Study：

Education of carers of elderly patients on aspiration prevention based on the joint empowerment of semantic mapping tool aims to improve the level of carers' knowledge, beliefs and behaviours on aspiration prevention, to reduce the incidence of aspiration in elderly patients, and thus to safeguard patient safety.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准（符合其中1条即排除）： （1）患者：严重躯体或器质性疾病，处于疾病终末期； （2）照顾者：存在语言表达及沟通障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria (if 1 of them is met, it is excluded) : (1)Patients with severe somatic or organic diseases in the terminal stage of the disease; (2)Caregivers with speech and communication disorders.

采用随机数字表法进行分组，将204例患者按照入组顺序在Excel软件A2：A204单元格依次编号，在B2单元格输入随机数字生成公式“=RAND（）*204”，升序排序生成随机数字，其中奇数为对照组，偶数为试验组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The 204 patients were numbered in Excel in cell A2: A204 according to the order in which they were enrolled, and the random number generation formula "=RAND () *204" was input in cell B2. Random numbers were generated by sorting in ascending order, in which odd numbers were the control group and even numbers were the test group.
