研究目的：

Bobath-Chor康复训练即手的接触性指向性反应训练，来强化中枢-外周神经传导通路，提前激活手的相关姿势肌群；而经颅磁刺激是一种无创神经调控技术，通过多靶点TMS刺激大脑功能区来改善患侧上肢运动功能障碍。该项目通过研究两者康复治疗相联合，以期促进脑卒中后上肢运动功能的恢复及评估其电生理改变。  

Objectives of Study：

Bobath-Chor rehabilitation training, i.e., contact-pointing response training of the hand, is used to strengthen the central-peripheral nerve conduction pathway and activate the relevant postural muscles of the hand in advance, while transcranial magnetic stimulation is a non-invasive neuromodulation technique that improves motor dysfunction of the affected side of the upper limb by stimulating the functional areas of the brain through multi-targeted TMS. This project investigates the combination of the two rehabilitation therapies with a view to promoting the recovery of upper limb motor function and evaluating its electrophysiological changes after stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）既往脑卒中、颅外伤、癫痫等神经系统相关疾病； （2）严重的认知障碍、抑郁、失语不能给予信息的患者； （3）严重的心血管、肺部、血液、风湿等合并症； （4）有金属植入物，如心脏起搏器或人工耳蜗等； （5）使用影响皮质兴奋性药物。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Previous stroke, cranial trauma, epilepsy, and other neurological related disorders (2)Patients with severe cognitive impairment, depression, aphasia unable to give information (3)Severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, hematologic, and rheumatic comorbidities (4)Have metal implants such as pacemakers or cochlear implants (5)Use of drugs that affect cortical excitability
