观察临床批准的苦参碱和康莱特制剂对恶性肿瘤患者恶病质的影响

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of approved Traditional Chinese Medicine (Matrine and Kanglaite) on cachexia in patients with malignant tumor

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①孕妇；②消化道梗阻；③血栓病史；④糖尿病、高血压、精神病、严重的心脑血管疾患；⑤中重度肝肾功能异常；⑥引起体重及代谢改变的治疗（如大剂量激素）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. pregnant women;
2. gastrointestinal obstruction;
3. thrombosis history;
4. diabetes, hypertension, mental illness, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders;
5. moderate and severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
6. treatment wound cause weight and metabolic changes (such as high dose of hormones).
