研究目的：

1.回顾性收集患者的变量数据，通过单因素和多因素分析筛选高危因素，并建立ASD儿童睡眠障碍的风险预测模型； 2.收集验证组患者数据，评判本研究构建的预测模型区别能力。

Objectives of Study：

1.The variable data of the patients were collected retrospectively, and the risk factors were screened by univariate and multivariate analysis, and a risk prediction model for sleep disorders in children with ASD was established. 2.Collect data validation group of patients, evaluation of this study was to build the prediction model is the difference between ability.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

儿童排除标准： ①有任何严重先天性疾病病史；②伴有重大躯体疾病，严重外伤史能影响生长发育的情况；③近两周内正在服用可能干扰其自然睡眠结构的药物（比如褪黒激素、抗组胺药、可乐定、氯硝西泮、5-羟色氨、抗抑郁药等）；④经医生诊断为呼吸暂停综合征等原发性睡眠疾病。父母排除标准： ①未雇佣保姆照顾ASD儿童；②有重大躯体疾病；③有精神病史。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for children: ①any serious congenital disease; ② accompanied with serious physical diseases, severe trauma history can affect growth and development; ③ taking medications (e.g., melatonin, antihistamines, clonidine, clonazepam, serotonin, antidepressants, etc.) that may interfere with their natural sleep structure within the past two weeks; ④ Primary sleep disorders such as apnea syndrome diagnosed by doctors. Exclusion criteria for parents: ① no babysitter was employed to care for children with ASD; ② serious physical diseases; ③ History of mental illness.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	根据受试者的原始观察记录，研究人员及时，完整，正确，清晰地将数据输入相应的数据库系统，由两人和两台计算机组成。之后，将数据库进行两次比较，并对电子数据文件进行分类和保存，并将多个备份保存在不同的磁盘或记录个质上，这些感盘或记录介质己正确保存以防止损坏。
