研究目的：

1.探索吞咽相关脑电生物学标志物的存在 2.探讨基于运动想象的脑机接口吞咽电刺激治疗对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的临床应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the existence of EEG biomarkers related to swallowing 2.To investigate the clinical effect of motor image-based brain computer interface (BCI) swallowing electrical stimulation on patients with dysphagia after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)既往有或同时合并有影响吞咽功能的其他疾病如重症肌无力、吉兰巴雷综合征、头食管肿瘤、颅脑损伤颈部肿瘤等疾病；(2)有精神病史或者严重的认知功能；(3)配戴心脏起搏器体内有金属植入物或矫形器头颈部皮肤破损或对电极片过敏者；(4)住院前12个月内有癫痫发作史；(5)正在参与其他试验；(6)拒绝签订知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous or combined with other diseases affecting the swallowing function, such as myasthenia gravis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, head esophageal tumor, cranial brain injury and neck tumor; (2) A history of mental illness or severe cognitive function; (3) Wear a pacemaker body with metal implants or orthopedics head and neck skin damage or allergic to the electrode; (4) A history of seizures within 12 months prior to hospitalization; (5) is participating in other trials; (6) Refuse to sign informed consent.
