研究目的：

应用QoR-15量表评估单侧肋骨骨折保守治疗患者的恢复质量，在使用基础治疗方案的同时加入超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞的治疗方法，主要研究以下内容： (1)超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞对单侧肋骨骨折保守治疗患者短期及长期恢复质量的影响：使用QoR-15量表进行评估。 (2)超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞对单侧肋骨骨折保守治疗患者短期及长期静息痛、活动痛的影响：使用11点数字评分法（NRS）进行评估，其中0表示无疼痛，10表示可想象的最严重的疼痛。 (3)超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞对单侧肋骨骨折保守治疗患者慢性疼痛发病率的影响：根据患者受伤后1、3、6、12个月电话随访结果进行评估。  

Objectives of Study：

The QoR-15 scale was applied to evaluate the recovery quality of patients with unilateral rib fracture treated conservatively. The treatment method of erector spinae plane block guided by ultrasound was added to the basic treatment plan. The main contents were as follows: (1) Effects of ultrasound-guided erector spinae plane block on short - and long-term quality of recovery in patients treated conservatively with unilateral rib fractures: assessed using the QoR-15 scale. (2) Effects of ultrasound-guided erector spinae plane block on short - and long-term static chest wall pain intensity and functional (ie, dynamic) chest wall pain intensity in patients treated conservatively with unilateral rib fractures: This was evaluated using an 11-point numerical scale (NRS), where 0 represented no pain and 10 represented the most severe pain imaginable. (3) The effect of ultrasound-guided erector spinae plane block on the incidence of chronic pain in patients treated conservatively with unilateral rib fractures: assessed based on the results of telephone follow-up at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)合并胸骨骨折的患者。 (2)注射部位有感染的患者。 (3)凝血功能障碍的患者。 (4)已知对研究中使用的局部麻醉药物过敏的患者。 (5)受伤后24h未入院的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with sternal fracture. (2) Patients with infection overlying the site of injection. (3) Patients with coagulation dysfunction. (4) Patients who are known allergy to the local anesthetic used in the study. (5) Patients who were not admitted to hospital 24 hours after injury.
