研究目的：

本研究开发针对心理亚健康进行全面评估与干预的技术(AI assisted Psychological Assessment and Treatment system, AiPAT)，验证AiPAT技术对心理亚健康人群的主客观化筛查及抑郁、焦虑及失眠症状的综合效应。  

Objectives of Study：

This study developed a comprehensive evaluation and intervention technology for mental sub-health(AI assisted Psychological Assessment and Treatment system, AiPAT), verifying the subjective and objective screening of AiPAT technology on psychological subhealth subjects, as well as the comprehensive effects of depression, anxiety, and insomnia symptoms.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

研究一：未设置特殊排除标准 研究二：①有自杀行为和意念者，PHQ-9自杀条目大于0；②物质依赖史（烟草依赖除外）；③妊娠或哺乳期女性；④目前和/或既往接受过有关抑郁、焦虑、失眠的认知行为干预者；⑤符合临床抑郁症、焦虑障碍及睡眠障碍诊断标准。

Exclusion criteria：

Study 1: No special exclusion criteria were set Study 2: ① For individuals with suicidal behavior and ideation, the suicide score in PHQ-9 is greater than 0; ② Material dependence history (excluding tobacco dependence); ③ Pregnant or lactating women; ④ Individuals who have received and/or have previously received cognitive behavioral interventions related to depression, anxiety, and insomnia; ⑤ Meets the diagnostic criteria for clinical depression, anxiety disorders, and sleep disorders.

根据本研究设计，随机对照研究，每个中心的参与者按照入组顺序进行随机分配，采用区组随机化。本研究拟共纳入296例参与者，使用随机数进行分组。

According to the design of this study, a randomized controlled study was conducted. Participants from each center were randomly assigned in the order of enrollment, using block randomization. This study plans to include a total of 296 participants and use random numbers for grouping.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入电子病例报告表，随后对数据库进行比对、矫正。电子数据文件分类保存在AiPAT系统内，并有多个备份保存（具体详见邮件350800271@qq.com

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Researchers timely, completely, correctly, and clearly load the data into the electronic case report form based on the original observation records of the subjects, and then compare and correct the database. Electronic data files are classified and saved in the AiPAT system, with multiple backups available (please refer to the email for details) 350800271@qq.com
