研究目的:

本项目为前瞻性观察研究,应用近红外光谱技术 ( near-infrared spectroscopy,NIRS)进行实时的神经阻滞区域周围组织氧饱和度监测,通过分析神经阻滞前后麻醉区域周围组织氧饱和度变化,研究近红外光谱周围组织氧饱和度监测技术评估坐骨神经联合股神经阻滞的麻醉效果的可行性,进一步探索该技术在阻滞侧感觉和运动等级评估中的可行性,为坐骨神经联合股神经阻滞麻醉效果评价提供理论依据和新的方法,以期进一步完善神经阻滞麻醉效果评价方式,并为感觉、运动分离阻滞评估方法提供思路。  

Objectives of Study:

This project is a prospective observational study that applies near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) technology for real-time monitoring of oxygen saturation in the tissues of nerve block areas. By analyzing the changes in oxygen saturation in the tissues of the anesthesia area before and after nerve block, the feasibility of evaluating the anesthesia effect of sciatic nerve combined with femoral nerve block using near-infrared spectroscopy tissue oxygen saturation monitoring technology is studied. Further explore the feasibility of this technology in evaluating the sensory and motor levels of the blocked side, provide theoretical basis and new methods for evaluating the anesthesia effect of sciatic nerve combined with femoral nerve block, in order to further improve the evaluation method of nerve block anesthesia effect, and provide ideas for the evaluation method of sensory and motor dissociative block.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

孕产妇及哺乳期妇女,肥胖( BMI≥28 kg /m2 ),不能完成痛冷觉相关评分,动静脉瘘,周围血管疾病,脑卒中,服用α或β受体阻滞药,患处不能放置StO2电极。

Exclusion criteria:

Pregnant and lactating women, obese (BMI ≥ 28 kg/m2), unable to complete pain and cold related scores, arteriovenous fistula, peripheral vascular disease, stroke, taking medication α or β Receptor blockers, St02 electrodes should not be placed in the affected area.
