研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是与HC可视喉镜比较，评估视可尼对于儿牙患者经鼻插管的安全性和有效性，判断其是否可以成为一个好的临床替代选择  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to compare the safety and effectiveness of SOS with HC video laryngoscopy for nasal intubation in pediatric patients, and to determine whether it can be a good clinical alternative

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)存在经鼻插管禁忌； (2)术前存在精神分裂、躁动等沟通障碍疾病者； (3)既往合并严重鼻腔疾病或鼻腔/喉部手术史； (4)术前合并严重系统性疾病，ASA分级≥III级的患者； (5)三个月内参加其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) any contraindication to transnasal intubation; (2) revious history of schizophrenia, restlessness and other communication disorders; (3) patients with severe nasal diseases or have previous history of nasal/throat surgery; (4) patients with severe systemic diseases, ASA≥III; (5) patients participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months.
