Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of the combination of the transversus thoracic muscle and serratus anterior plane block on postoperative analgesia and inflammatory response in patients undergoing heart valve replacement surgery

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 心脏瓣膜置换术合并冠状动脉搭桥手术者； 2. 二次换瓣者； 3. 左心室射血分数≤45%; 4. 术前有肝肾肺脑、凝血功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with heart valve replacement combined with coronary artery bypass surgery; 2. Those with secondary valve replacement; 3. Left ventricular ejection fraction≤45%; 4. Those with preoperative dysfunction of liver,kidney,lung,brain,and blood coagulation.
