研究目的：

一、推广和应用人工智能技术，在日喀则市多家医院建立基于医院病历信息系统的脓毒症早期识别与精准诊断系统以及智能风险管理系统（“脓毒症临床风险管理软件”著作权，登记号为2023SR0877910），提高脓毒症早期诊断的准确性，并实现脓毒症诊疗的全流程管理。 二、进行日喀则市脓毒症多中心流行病学研究。通过智能辅助决策支持系统信息的大数据分析，明确智能风险管理系统是否能够降低高原脓毒症患者病死率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Promote and apply artificial intelligence technology to establish early identification and accurate diagnosis systems for sepsis based on hospital medical record information systems in multiple hospitals in Shigatse City, as well as an intelligent risk management system ("Sepsis Clinical Risk Management Software" copyright, registration number 2023SR0877910), to improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of sepsis and achieve comprehensive management of sepsis diagnosis and treatment. 2. Conduct multi-center epidemiological research on sepsis in Shigatse City. Through big data analysis of information from intelligent decision support systems, determine whether the intelligent risk management system can reduce the mortality rate of sepsis patients in high-altitude areas.
