研究目的：

通过了解国内外关于全膝/髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓风险预测模型的现状，分析比较不同风险预测模型对深静脉血栓的预测性能，明确预测深静脉血栓发生最有效的风险预测模型，以期为临床工作中制定安全、有效的干预方案，提升专业护理水平，降低深静脉血栓的发生率，提供科学的循证依据。

Objectives of Study：

By understanding the current status of deep-vein thrombosis risk prediction models after total knee/hip replacement at home and abroad, analyzing and comparing the prediction performance of different risk prediction models for deep-vein thrombosis, and clarifying the most effective risk prediction model for predicting the occurrence of deep-vein thrombosis, in order to develop safe and effective intervention programs for clinical work and improve professional nursing level. Reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis and provide scientific evidence basis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①全膝关节/髋关节置换术前发生DVT；②其他部位手术后发生下肢静脉血栓的患者；③意识模糊不能进行交流的患者；③临床资料不完整；④入组前即存在深静脉血栓患者；⑤其他不适合纳入研究的患者，如：合并重要脏器功能严重不全患者、合并肿瘤患者、合并血液系统疾病患者等。

Exclusion criteria：

① DVT before total knee / hip replacement; ② patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis after surgery in other sites; patients with ③ confusion and cannot communicate; ③ incomplete clinical data; patients with deep vein thrombosis before ④ enrollment; ⑤ Other patients not suitable for study, such as patients with severe insufficiency of vital organ function, patients with tumor, patients with blood system diseases, etc.
