研究目的：

旨在利用术前MRI影像组学开发一种非侵入性工具，用于预测三级淋巴结构的存在

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop a noninvasive tool using preoperative MRI radiomics to predict the existence of tertiary lymphoid structures.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(i) 患者已证实存在远处转移，不宜进行外科手术治疗或难以获取病理组织的患者；(ii) 患者存在磁共振对比剂过敏或严重药物过敏史；(iii) 因MRI检查禁忌症或相对禁忌症而不能行MRI检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

(i) Patients who have been confirmed to have distant metastasis and are not suitable for surgical treatment or have difficulty obtaining pathological tissue; (ii) The patient has a history of magnetic resonance contrast agent allergy or severe drug allergy; (iii) Those who cannot undergo MRI examination due to contraindications or relative contraindications.

Diagnostic Tests：

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：	TLS病理指标由一位具有10年以上肝脏病理经验的病理学家进行分析，分析同时对其他临床和影像学信息不知情。TLS：a.聚集体：模糊、不明确的淋巴细胞簇；b.初级滤泡：没有生发中心形成的圆形淋巴细胞簇；c.次级滤泡：具有生发中心形成的滤泡。
Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):	The TLS pathological indicators were analyzed by a pathologist with more than 10 years of liver pathology experience, who was unaware of other clinical and imaging information. TLS: a. Aggregates: fuzzy and unclear lymphocyte clusters; b. Primary follicles: circular lymphocyte clusters without germinal centers; c. Secondary follicles: follicles formed with germinal centers.

The MRI images were retrieved using the picture archiving and communication system (PACS; Carestream, Canada) at each institution and stored anonymously.
