对比精准化干预包和既往二次传递模式（即经济激励+线上转发申请链接）之间的效能，评估精准化干预包能否有效地提高MSM人群HIV自检二次传递及HIV检测覆盖面。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy of the Precision Intervention Package with that of previous secondary delivery models (i.e., financial incentives + online forwarding of the application link), and to assess whether the Precision Intervention Package is effective in increasing the secondary delivery of HIV self-testing and HIV testing coverage in the MSM population.
