研究目的：

1.构建腰椎退行性疾病图像数据单组识别模块，收集影像组学数据资料，高通量识别分析影像学特征性数据，用于构建临床预测模型。2.基于影像组学数据构建并验证腰椎退行性疾病术后复发或再手术预后相关预测模型，向同行推广应用本项目开发验证的预测模型，为降低术后复发/再手术发生率提供可干预靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construct a single-group identification module for lumbar degenerative disease image data, collect radiomics data, and use high-throughput identification and analysis of imaging characteristic data to build a clinical prediction model. 2. Construct and verify a prediction model related to the prognosis of postoperative recurrence or reoperation of lumbar degenerative disease based on radiomics data, promote the application of the prediction model developed and verified in this project to peers, and provide intervention options to reduce the incidence of postoperative recurrence/reoperation target.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1：有 X 线片、CT、MRI 扫描禁忌症患者；2：哺乳期和妊娠期妇女；3: 精神疾病患者等特殊人群；4: 依从性较差不能完成研究者；5: 研究人员认为不适合纳入研究的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Patients with contraindications to X-rays, CT, and MRI scans; 2: Breastfeeding and pregnant women; 3: Special groups such as patients with mental illness; 4: Those with poor compliance and unable to complete the study; 5: Researchers believe that it is not possible for inclusion in the study due to other situations.
